**A Brief Summary of Your Job**:
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Active participation in meetings and portfolio company discussions.
- Build, grow and maintain collaborative working relationships with investment professionals.
- Attend and engage in calls between our clients with Investment Professionals.
- Maintain detailed data entry in the CRM.
- Collaborate with our VP of Operation and Account Manager to troubleshoot problems and propose solutions to meet deadlines.
**Who You Are**:
- 1 year experience in customer service.
- Excellent customer service skills: active listening; clear communication; comfort multitasking; attention to detail; attentiveness; collaboration.
- Professional communication (writing & verbal).
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a team-centered environment where continuous learning is your day-to-day.
- Experienced in using computer software like MS Word and Excel.
- Adaptable to work in a changing environment and to actively seek feedback and incorporate it into your work style.
- Motivated to handle a high volume of outbound calls each day leading to positive client outcome.
- Experience in cold calling a plus but not required.
- Soft sales skills a plus but not required.
**Education Requirements**
- Associate degree in business, finance, or related fields a plus but not required.
- Must be proficient in English - 100% Verbal & Written
**What To Expect**
- Work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm with 1 hr. break
- No work on Weekends

**Salary**: $16,000 a month (paid biweekly).
