Oversees the quality, budget and schedule performance of the Materials organization. Management of inventory, sources of supply, production scheduling, shipping / receiving, import / export, tool cribs, and shop floor control in support of an efficient execution of the production plan.

Experiência y requisitos

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. MS / MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years progressively responsible operations or manufacturing experience with at least nine years of progressively responsible management/leadership experience (at least six years as Manager). Comprehensive knowledge of materials management to include material planning, purchasing, tool crib and vendor managed inventory, production control, warehousing, shipping/receiving and import/export, NAFTA and US Customs regulations. ERP (SAP) implementation experience. Must have demonstrated leadership ability and possess strong communication and customer relations skills.
