**Purpose of the job**:
He/She is in charge of providing a administrative HR support to local business partners to deliver all site initiatives with adherence to company policies and procedures.

The role is individual contributor in charge of supporting line managers & employees on HR topics and execute local HR processes

**Reports directly to**:
Human Resources Site Director

**Mandatory**:
University degree, majoring in human resources, psychology, business studies, social science or economy
- 3 years HR experience in a similar industry/environment
- Administrative HR management experience administrating projects, event and budget.
- Influence and resilience within a matrix organization structure
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Ethics & compliance and company policies.

Desirable Fluent in the English language, written and spoken

**Accountabilities**

Be proximate to the business -in order to administrate projects, event and budget for Site initiatives,

Understand and prioritize business needs, and translate them into HR actions, and then deliver following policies, and rules according to the Delegation of Authority

Main activities for Sahagun Site:

- Administrate car leasing program
- Special events, Cafeteria management (service and quality) and collective barging agreements negotiations (planning, expenses/budget control)
- Vendors development with Purchasing (purchase orders requisitions, follow the entire process until having the invoice in the system)
- Manages Parking lot for Management roles ( according to policy)
- HR are supplies management including building maintenance services
- Support Logistic and execution of all Site events
- Administrate welcome kits and credentials for new hires and souvenirs for employees/ initiatives and rewards initiatives
- Administrate HR meeting room and Business center
- Monitor and control of exit permits statistics
- Administrate HR budget, expenses, vendors and invoices
- Support for massive surveys, employee census to keep updated employees information for events and souvenirs.
- Administrative support for international assignments and travels
