**Overview**:
Collaborate in pre-payroll processing, including reviewing and verifying records of hours worked, calculating payments for overtime, and managing salary adjustments as appropriate.
Manage and record personnel incidents, such as absences, medical leaves, leave and other situations that affect employee attendance and compensation.
Participate in the administration of compensation programs including analysis of salary data, evaluation of internal and external equity, development of recommendations for salary adjustments and bonuses.
Manage employee benefit programs, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other benefits offered.
Facilitate the employee termination process, ensuring that all legal requirements are met and that payments are made in a timely and accurate manner upon termination of the employment relationship.
Provide assistance and guidance to employees on issues related to pre-payroll, compensation, benefits and/or settlements, answering questions and resolving problems in a timely and effective manner.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Colaborar en el procesamiento de la prenomina, incluida la revisión y verificación de registros de horas trabajadas, calculo de pagos por horas extras y manejo de ajustas salariales según corresponda.
Gestionar y registrar incidencias de personal, como ausencias, licencias médicas, permisos y otras situaciones que afecten la asistencia y la remuneración de los empleados.
Participar en la administración de los programas de compensación incluido el análisis de datos salariales, evaluación de la equidad interna y externa, elaboración de recomendaciones para ajustes salariales y bonificaciones.
Administrar los programas de beneficios para empleados, que pueden incluir seguros de salud, planes de jubilación, programas de bienestar y otros beneficios ofrecidos.
Facilitar el proceso de liquidación de empleados, asegurando que se cumplan todos los requisitos legales y que los pagos se realicen de manera oportuna y precisa al finalizar la relación laboral.
Brindar asistencia y orientación a los empleados en cuestiones relacionadas con la prenomina, compensaciones, beneficios y/o liquidaciones, respondiendo preguntas y resolviendo problemas de manera oportuna y efectiva.
