**Additional Job Description**
**Responsabilidades**:
Realizar soporte a usuarios de oficina, soporte a equipos de piso scanners e impresoras, troubleshoutting a redes, escalar incidentes a Norteamérica, validaciones o controles de cambio cuando sea requerido.
**Requisitos**:
- Disponibilidad para trabajar
- Trabajo 100% en sitio
- Ingeniería en sistemas computacionales, informática, computacion
- Manejo de Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Ofice 365, Active directory
- Inglés intermedio - avanzado
- Experiência de 2 años deseable
