**Sr. Consultant PRO Rapid Deployment**

**Tasks and Responsibilities**

The Senior Consultant PRO Rapid Deployment role is an exciting internal procurement consulting role responsible for driving high visibility projects. As an internal Procurement Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including (but not limited to): RFPs, Process Improvements, Change Management, Training, Category Strategy Development. This role is ideal for dynamic individuals that enjoy learning, working on challenging projects, collaborating with others and are independent drivers.

The Sr. Rapid Deployment Consulting is an individual that has strong experience in building trustful collaborative relationships within a business setting and has a high aptitude for learning across a range of topics in a complex environment. Moreover, this individual will have deep experience in (a) Project Management and/or (b) Procurement functional skills.
- Support or Lead sourcing initiatives that range in complexity across the procurement organization by executing sound procurement principles.
- Support or Lead non-Sourcing related projects (e.g., Improvement Projects, Change Management, Strategy Development) that range in complexity across the procurement organization by executing sound project management principles.
- Independently define a clear scope for your assigned project to ensure alignment and clarify expectations with your project Sponsor.
- Proactively identify areas with improvement potential within your projects and develop concrete proposals on how to address these gaps (e.g., efficiency or effectiveness of processes, systems, and organizations)
- Build trustful relationships within your project teams in order to create an environment of high team wide performance where all individuals can be themselves and contribute to the success of the project.
- Lead or contribute to the development of the Rapid Deployment Function by contributingto internal improvement initiatives (e.g., internal trainings, tools, peer coaching, best practice sharing etc.)

**Who are you**
- Education: Master’s Degree (MBA Preferred)
- Years of work experience: 4 years minimum
- Strong Procurement or Project Management skills based on relevant work experience.
- Independent self-starter that enjoys working on challenging projects and helping drive them forward
- Ability to build trustful relationships with co-workers at all levels of the organization
- Avid problem solver that works to understand the context and background of a problem in order to develop effective and practical solutions.
- Innovative thinker that looks to create unique solutions to different business situations and problems.
- Ability to take ownership of your projects and drive positive outcomes. This may include team management, refining project scope, setting achievable deliverables, managing stakeholder relationships, addressing budget concerns, etc.
