Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop and deliver Global Engineering training programs for various levels of Engineering leaders, managers, and employees.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
- Design and develop training programs using instructional design principles and techniques, including classroom, online, and on-the-job training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
- Establish Global relationships and partnerships that effectively work across Global business and functional teams on Engineering learning initiatives.
- Manage and support training organization such as event planning, LMS (Learning Management System) tracking, and coordinating class resources.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively across global Engineering teams using multiple communication tools and technology.
- Foster a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified, and standardized processes.
**Skills**:
- Strong instructional design skills, including experience with e-learning authoring tools.
- Proficient in organizational and project management skills to achieve adoption in program deliverables.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem solver to drive and execute learning solutions.
- Strong leadership skills, including communication, facilitation, presentation, and motivation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others without direct authority.
- Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines and firm schedules, while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to embrace a rapidly changing environment and operate throughout ambiguous situations.
- Self-directed with strong personal initiative
- Professionalism and strong customer service skills
- Proficient MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Visio
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Training, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in training and development.
- Background in Engineering and or manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with powersports or automotive fields training preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
