El objetivo general de esta función es dirigir los esfuerzos de cobro en cuentas de clientes morosas en etapa final.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Supervisar a un equipo de hasta 15 cobradores y personal de oficina que trabaje en cuentas con mora menor o en las primeras etapas de la cobranza.
- Capacitar y entrenar a los Cobradores, contribuir a todas las necesidades de capacitación y desarrollo para el equipo asignado, y evaluar el desempeño en comparación con las metas.
- Garantizar la calidad de las tareas que realiza el equipo y ayudar con las recomendaciones para aumentos de salario, ascensos, desvinculaciones, etc.
- Utilizar habilidades de negociación experta para resolver llamadas redirigidas y resolver problemas al identificar y seleccionar las soluciones.
- Orientar al equipo de apoyo para resolver problemas complejos dentro de procedimientos y políticas establecidas.
- Ayudar como gerente de reemplazo, redirigir problemas y recomendar cambios a procedimientos según sea necesario.
- Supervisar la integridad y confidencialidad de la información registrada dentro de sistemas de cobranza informática.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares.

**Calificaciones**:

- Entre 0 y 2 años de experiência relevante.
- Preferente experiência en administración de personal.
- Demuestra una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa de manera constante.
- Habilidades comprobadas de liderazgo de equipos.
- Dominio de software Microsoft Office.

**Educación**:

- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.
