**Acerca del puesto**

Asegura la transformación y la rentabilidad de Carrier a través del diseño de sisemas de manufactura, búsqueda e implementación de nuevas tecnologías y de procesos de innovación. Lidera y coordina el desarrollo y/o mejora en los procesos de manufactura actuales y específica los requerimientos para la cotización, compra, runoff de equipos de proyectos de capital, herramental y sistemas requeridos para los procesos de manufacutra.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Soporte técnico a los diferentes departamentos de operaciones, calidad, cadena de suministro y líneas de producción de la planta.
- Análisis y solución de problemas relacionados a la ingeniería del producto.
- Verificar la exactitud/confiabilidad de los listados de materiales (BOM’s).
- Análisis técnicos y creación de reportes de problemas (PR’s).
- Evaluar y proponer cambios y mejoras al diseño del producto (ECR’s).
- Coordinación de pruebas de ensamble y corridas piloto.
- Satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes externos e internos, estableciendo una relación eficaz con el departamento de ingeniería de sostenimiento desde el punto de vista técnico del producto.

**Como mínimo debes tener**:

- Ingeniero con más de 1 año de experiência en rol similar en NPI/Ingeniería de Producto/Proyectos.
- Experiência en introducción de nuevos productos.
- Análisis de información de diseño de producto.
- Manejo de problemas en línea (proporcionando soluciones, documentando inmersiones y análisis de causa raíz).
- Dominio intermedio de Excel.
- Se valorará el conocimiento de Windchill (software PLM para cambios de ingeniería y documentación de productos).
- Familiaridad con sistemas ERP (preferiblemente SAP).
- Deseables conocimientos de CREO.
- Dominio del software CAD.
- Experiência deseable en HVAC (cualquier empresa fabricante).
- Nível de ingles avanzado conversacional
