**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Following up on employee relations, general services, organizational communication, employee communication, new hires orientation, and hiring process. Support in the cafeteria, transportation and pre-payroll processing, payment of wages, compensations, and benefits.Assist in internal and external audits and inspections or requirements of government agencies.Deliverables:Manage inventory of employee uniforms.Follow up and respond to employee complaints.Customer service to employees.This position is key in the communication strategies with employees, mainly direct labor.Core Responsibilities and Activities:

- To give attention to the requirements related to the employees in a timely manner and in alignment with company policies and laws. Administer compliance with CCT and RIT. To have identified all the systems of compensation of the direct and indirect personnel and to coordinate with the persons in charge of operative areas and of service the correct and opportune payment. Maintain a suitable administration of vacations. To present in the times established by the company the reports and indicators related to the area. Follow up and scale as needed any deviation from the Code of Conduct. Active member of improvement projects in HR and other areas.

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Education: Bachelor's degree. Good communication skills (written & verbal) in both English & Spanish.Previous Experience:1. Minimal Experience of 2 years in Administration of pre-list, recruitment, and selection of personnel.2.Experience in Administration of processes.3.Experience in companies with Self-propelling branches with more than 1000 employees.4.Experience in Audits SOX, ISO TS16949.5.Domain of Tress System.6.Intermediate/advanced excel.7.Deep Knowledge of the Collective Contract and Interior Regulation of work.
