**Quality Customer Engineer**
Objetivo del puesto:
Dar atención y servicio oportuna a los Clientes. Enlace de la Calidad entre Cliente y AGP para retroalimentación efectiva sobre problemas de Calidad, quejas o solicitudes, reportes, seguimiento a cambios de ingeniería
**Responsabilidades**:
- Cumplimiento al EBSC de Clientes
- Auditorías Externas
- Cumplimiento al Budget por Costos por mala Calidad
- Análisis y Acciones para la Solución de Problemas con Clientes
- Cambios de Ingeniería
- Actualización y mantenimiento de portales de Cliente
- Control de Inventarios para PNC
- LPAS
- ISO 9001 / IATF16949
- Reportes y Comunicación efectiva
