**Resumen del Puesto**:
**Responsabilidades**:

- **Desarrollo y Ejecución de Estrategias de Recursos Humanos**: Diseñar e implementar políticas y procedimientos efectivos en áreas clave como reclutamiento, desarrollo del talento, compensación y beneficios, y relaciones laborales.
- **Gestión de Talento**: Supervisar los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, asegurando la contratación de talento adecuado para satisfacer las necesidades de la empresa. Implementar estrategias de retención y desarrollo de talento.
- **Administración de Nómina y Beneficios**: Coordinar la gestión de la nómina, beneficios y compensación, garantizando el cumplimiento de las normativas legales y de la empresa.
- **Cumplimiento Normativo**: Asegurar el cumplimiento con las leyes laborales locales y federales, así como con las políticas internas de la empresa.
- **Desarrollo Organizacional**: Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la cultura organizacional, fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo y promover el desarrollo profesional de los empleados.
- **Gestión de Relaciones Laborales**: Manejar las relaciones con los empleados y resolver conflictos de manera efectiva. Implementar estrategias para mejorar el clima laboral y la comunicación interna.
- **Informe y Análisis**: Preparar informes sobre indicadores clave de recursos humanos, análisis de datos y métricas para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

**Requisitos**:

- **Educación**: Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Psicología Organizacional o campo relacionado. Un título de posgrado o certificación en RRHH es una ventaja.
- **Experiência**: Mínimo 5 de años de experiência en un rol de gestión de recursos humanos, preferiblemente en un entorno similar. Experiência en la implementación de estrategias y en la gestión de equipos es esencial.
- **Habilidades**: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y resolución de problemas. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples prioridades.
- **Conocimientos**: Amplio conocimiento de la legislación laboral y mejores prácticas en recursos humanos. Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de RRHH y herramientas tecnológicas relacionadas.
- **Competencias**: Orientación a resultados, habilidades interpersonales, y capacidad para influir y motivar a otros. Enfoque proactivo en la mejora continua y la innovación.
- **Idiomas**: Inglés conversacional es esencial para colaborar con equipos internacionales y manejar comunicaciones globales.
