Global Operations Internship

This role has been designated as ‘Office’, which means you will primarily work from an HPE office.

**_ How you'll make your mark:_**
- Provide professional solutions to the company end-users, dealers and service providers originating from unresolved escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence.
- Provide an escalation link for the company field employees, executives and channel regarding customer satisfaction issues including availability, price dissatisfaction, product safety issues, complaints with the company and/or its representatives, and complaints regarding an authorized dealer or channel.
- Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope.
- Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.
- Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
- Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

**About you**:

- ** Currently enrolled in University Bachelor's (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) At least in the 5th semester of the University with a focus in: Administration, Economics, Systems & Administration OR equivalent**:

- 0-1 years of overall experience
- Excellent verbally and writing skills in English are **REQUIRED**:

- Basic knowledge in the field of Customer Relations. Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of microcomputer hardware, basic
- level knowledge of operating systems software.
- Demonstrated writing/correspondence skills.
- Still studying (Communication, Business Administration or Economics with emphasis on Marketing/ Sales)
- Communicative, a team player and able to solve problems with analytical thinking
