**Job Description**:
As the automotive aftermarket Commercial Intelligence team lead, you will be responsible for the acquisition, organization, analysis, and delivery of data in support of business objectives. You will manage multiple data domains critical to the day to day operations of the Automotive business unit; requiring high levels of data competency, accuracy standards and reporting capacity. Our data base harvest tens of thousands of products and its attributes, covering over 10 product lines; requiring an integral Data Science approach to develop a good understanding on this extensive and complex portfolio to ultimately support the business.

You will work cross functionally with an international team of Product Management, Trade Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Engineering and Logistics teams in a fast-paced and agile working environment, where your skills will be visible to multiple management functions throughout the Bosch Automotive Aftermarket organization.

**Qualifications**:
Ownership and Management of data domains:

- Research on Mobility Users, Vehicle Park, Economy, Industry, Spare Parts categories, Competitors and Distribution channels. Conduct market studies that provide market insights and guidance for internal stakeholders towards capitalizing new opportunities.
- Drive product and portfolio coverage. Test feasibility of new offers.
- Packaging and warehouse liaison: Oversee customer requirements, packaging data sheets, packaging materials, printing + labeling, norms, repackaging, BOM and MOQ info maintenance.
- Commercial offers and revenue management: maintain and optimize pricing tools and align to international price corridors.
- Continuous data management improvement: Identify, organize and lead initiatives related to Simplification, Automatization and Problem Solving. Drive the usage of information technologies for optimizing reporting, modeling and predictive analysis; supporting decision making.

As the team lead, coordinate the Data team Associates, ensuring that processes and business requirements are met.

Additional Information

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business, Finance, Data Science, Mathematics or similar
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience, preferably project or process management in automotive, industrial or manufacturing settings
- Proven success in taking ownership of and accomplishing objectives with a strong drive and energy for results
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills within a professional setting
- Strong planning, organizing and executing capabilities
- Experience in leading a project and working with cross-functional teams
- Data Science related knowledge / experience (Exploration, Cleaning, Analytics, Modelling, Interpreting, Visualization)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite as well as data base collecting, mining, exploration and analysis tools
- Extensive ERP experience (SAP preferably)
- English professional proficiency, as direct working environment requires written and spoken communication within an international setting
