- Descripción de Actividades:
- Ejecutar estrategia de aprendizaje para personal sindicalizado y no sindicalizado asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y alineación organizacional
- Administrar y diseñar medios alternos de entrenamiento asegurando el conocimiento en los colaboradores de Planta Santiago
- Cumplimiento de plan anual de capacitación y comunicación de los mismos.
- Ejecusión de planes y programas de desarrollo y aprendizaje de personal sindicalizado
- Administración y diseño de escuelas técnicas
- Elaboracion de ordenes de compra y control de facturas del área.
