El Sub-director de Boutique será el responsable y encargado del exitoso desarrollo de las boutiques o puntos de venta, y las actividades administrativas así como de asegurar la impecable implementación de la imagen de la marca.
El Sub-director de Boutique es responsable de:
1. Apoyar al Director de boutique (si aplica) y lograr el presupuesto de ventas, logrando ser una boutique rentable y alcanzar estratégicamente los objetivos establecidos.
2. Manejo adecuado de la caja chica
3. Desarrollo de iniciativas de ventas
4. Análisis de ventas y desarrollo de planes que contribuyan a la mejora de los resultados del punto de venta
5. Conocer y lograr los principales factores de desempeño ( KPI´s)
6. Manejo adecuado de todas las requisiciones de los clientes
7. Reporte de ventas y participación activa en las ventas diarias
8. Gestión de Inventarios (control de existencias) según lo indica el ICS y de acuerdo con los objetivos anuales
9. Seguridad de la Boutique y su mantenimiento
10. Desarrollo de Planes de Acción mensuales
11. Organización de los miembros de la boutique y motivación diaria
12. Resaltar y alentar el desarrollo correcto de las actividades de CRM (gestión de la relación con el cliente)
13. Ser responsables de conocer todo lo relacionado a los productos: los lanzamientos, fechas, fichas técnicas, visuales a utilizar para exhibición, etc.
14. Ser responsable del proceso de facturación del Palacio de Hierro con el sistema Diana
El Sub-director de Boutique/Punto de Venta asegura:
1. Buen mantenimiento e imagen de la boutique/Punto de Venta
2. Ejecución de Servicio al Cliente de acuerdo a los estándares de lujo
3. Excelente experiência de compra Montblanc
4. Implementación de Booster y normas del Visual Merchandising
5. Conocimiento del manual de procesos interno ICS
6. Correcta ejecución de los procesos descritos en el manual de procesos interno (ICS)
Realizar todas las actividades administrativas de la boutique
8. Realizar los horarios laborales mensuales conforme a lo que convenga a la boutique.
9. Cobertura de personal adecuada de la boutique, incluso siendo el mismo quien deba realizarlo.
10. La entrega de todos los reportes conforme a las fechas establecidas de manera correcta.
11. Ser un digno Embajador Montblanc.
El Sub-director de Boutique/Punto de Venta contribuye a:
1. Logro del presupuesto de ventas, rentabilidad y objetivos
2. Seguridad de la Boutique
3. Manejo de clientes VIP
4. Análisis del tráfico del punto de venta
5. Revisar el surtido de producto y mandar sugerencias al Retail Merchandiser
6. Proponer nuevas Activaciones en el punto de venta para mejorar los indicadores de desempeño (KPI’s)
