**Definición del Roll**:
Proporcionar asistencia y apoyo de diversos servicios y funciones de recursos humanos dentro de la instalación y/o división.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Necesidades/planificación de reclutamiento.
- Orientación para nuevos empleados.
- Relacionarse con Recursos Humanos Regionales y Corporativos.
- Interactuar y asesorar a los empleados para ayudar y resolver una amplia variedad de cuestiones relacionadas con el personal, salarios y beneficios.
- Interactuar con el personal de Recursos Humanos Corporativos, Total Rewards y Nómina para ayudar a gestionar cuestiones de los empleados.
- Proceso de Administración del Desempeño.
- Temas de Relaciones Laborales.
- Comunicación de material relacionado con recursos humanos.
- Análisis y comunicación de Encuestas de Opinión de los Empleados.
- Proceso de Planificación Anual de Sucesión.
- Desempeño de funciones asociadas a normas Gubernamentales e investigaciones internas.
- Administración de nómina, administración de salarios, tiempo y asistencia.
- Iniciativas de aprendizaje.
- Varias otras tareas relacionadas con recursos humanos.

**Requisitos Indispensables**:

- **Escolaridad**:L.A.E. / L.R.H./L.D.O.
- **Experiência**:4 AÑOS
- **Inglés**:Intermedio
- **Conocimiento**:L.F.T. en materia de Capacitación, conocimiento de procesos de Recursos Humanos. (Evaluado en entrevista)
- **Habilidades**:

- **Excelencia en el servicio**:conocimiento práctico de los conceptos y técnicas de servicio al cliente; capacidad para satisfacer o superar las necesidades y expectativas del cliente y brindar un excelente servicio de manera directa o indirecta.
- **Relaciones Laborales**:Conocimiento prácticos de los derechos y obligaciones en las relaciones laborales; Capacidad para cumplir con los requisitos legales al manejar las negociaciones con los empleados.

**Requisitos Deseables**:

- Maestría en Administración de Recursos Humanos.
