Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting HR operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. This position involves managing various HR functions, including employee relations, administration, and compliance/documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (with necessary professional license)
  • +3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient English
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws (LFT), and ISO certification
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Availability to work in Cuauhtemoc, CDMX (on-site)
