**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate logistics with couriers and make sure they comply with our standards and SLAs
- Monitor metrics: User Experience, SLAs, Budget
- Manage acquisitions of supplies needed at our stockrooms
- Monitor and control inventories and the accuaracy of them
- Make sure CIO policies and guidelines are followed and that processes will achieve Business Controls audits
- Continuous improvement.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Excellent communication skills, (English), both verbal and written. English: Excellent
- At least 1 year working with Hardware EAM Process.
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Ability to multi-task
- Teamwork and Collaboration
- Must be creative with issue resolution.
- Negotiation Skills & Leadership skills
- Decision Making
- Should be able to drive Continuous Improvement in services.
- Agile Ceremonies Experience.
