**Introduction**
Join the growing FlashSystems storage business. IBM is seeking to hire a FlashSystems Business Operations Professional. You will be part of a larger team that provides technical assistance to global customers and Quality analysis for IBM Storage products. This role is responsible for aspects of operations and support - these include assigning engineers to work on incoming client support tickets and documenting those assignments; tracking and organizing returned parts as they move through the failure analysis process; creating Quality tracking spreadsheets and graphs that show how measurements compare to targets; and analyzing daily reports for system anomalies in order to alert client support to take proactive action. Additional responsibilities can include researching client support histories and creating reports to prepare executives for client meetings.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
We are currently looking for an individual to fill the role of a FlashSystems Business Operations Professional based in Mexico.

Job Duties:

- Organizing and assigning Support tickets for Level 3 Support engineers
- Maintain spreadsheets and graphs that describe if products are meeting Quality objectives
- Be responsible for tracking returned parts through the failure analysis process
- Analyze system alerts to determine if client Support is required
- Research Support tickets to build a history of client interaction with IBM

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in Excel
- Demonstrated experience in organizing and tracking
- Knowledge of technology
- Fluency in English

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**:

- At least 6 years of experience in Excel
- Experience with a JIRA ticketing system
