**What awaits you in this role**:
- Regularly update account and contact information
- Generate new leads and accounts for the business
- Organize marketing and event campaigns in coordination with relevant teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and proficiency in sales technology
- Track sales data to identify trends and potential opportunities
- Use sales technology to vet domains and accounts
- Add new accounts and remove uncategorized accounts as needed
- Monitor and assign inbound leads effectively
- Coordinate Sales Development Representative (SDR) account shuffles
- Prepare reports as required by Sales Leadership and team members
- Edit and update dashboard reports to ensure data accuracy and relevance
**What we are looking for**:
- Command of English at a B2 level
- Availability for full-time work
- Proficient in using computers and related technologies
- At least 6 months of professional experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce
