**How you'll make your mark**:
- This is a global team with 4 key roles - Solution architect, capability lead, capability analysts, and compliance reporting to P & C People managers.-
- The role would also involve data analysis including the Customer and Partner experience survey feedback to identify and share business insights to support the team in enabling capabilities enhancements and streamlining processes.- Apprentice includes students working at the company who are enrolled in apprenticeship programs in association with their university. Typically used in countries where specialized apprenticeship programs exist. College Interns are university students who are working at the company during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters. College Intern is only used in selected countries where it is not the practice to differentiate based on academic year completed.- Supports and manage asset releases including testing cycles and Move to Production (MTP)- Engage with business stakeholders and IT to ensure business requirements are captured and assigned- Manage support and/or escalation tickets from users for process and/or capability- Send notification to stakeholders on process and/or capability updates (e.g. Major Incidents)- Ensure all documentations are updated-
- Work with leads to run any reporting and/or data analysis
**About you**:
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's of Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics preferred) or a Graduate or Masters in Business Management.- Assertiveness- Innovation mindset- Articulation and communication skills- Urge to learn and Good learning agility- Flair to analyze data and identify patterns- Excel experience is required- Advanced English level
