**Job Description**:
Reports to Sr Marketing Director Mexico

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Coordinate digital campaigns to manage performance marketing KPI’s: digital journeys, conversion funnels, lead cost optimization, CPM, CPI, impressions, SEO, impressions, etc.
- Digital campaign management: knows how to pull out reports and the key actions and strategy behind the numbers to give direction to our key partners to optimize and manage continuous improvement
- Manage consumers and client's insights as well as brand guidelines to develop groundbreaking briefs and strong creative campaigns
- Orchestrate and coordinate creative and media agencies to develop media plans & marketing assets in order to deliver strong marketing content while meeting challenging timelines
- Develop media plans, flows and charts together with media and creative agencies

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of business experience in performance digital marketing roles in CPG’s and media agencies managing impactful budget and multichannel campaigns is a must
- Experience creating and developing marketing and business plans, creative campaigns and media plans
- Knowledge or exposure to new trends such as metaverse & NFT’s
- Record of projects that demonstrate track of global, regional and local relationship and strong communication skills
- Proven influence and presentation skills with clients, partners and external key stakeholders
- Project management skills and/or certifications
- Experience in budget management
- Ownership and accountability to work independently with negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
