We are lookin a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our recruitment team. As an HR Intern, you will assist with various aspects of the recruitment process and gain practical experience in talent management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct research on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Collaborate on special HR projects and activities related to improving hiring processes.
**Requirements**:
- Studying preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Collaborative with a willingness to learn in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online recruitment tools.
- Positive approach with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
- Intermediate English level
