**Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for performing general office duties to support any sales and marketing the hotel(s) requires. They will use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty and satisfaction, as well as keeping the property in line with brand standards. They will serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them to respond to questions and requests. This position is based in our Mexico City office and will support 3-6 properties and multiple sellers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for assisting clients with reservations and booking the reservations through hotel database.
- Create group bookings, manage rooming lists, and handle changes.
- Maintain data in CRM (Delphi) including BEOs, Group Bookings, Resumes, and client activity.
- Assist clients with vouchers as well as folio and billing inquiries.
- ?Be point of contact for pick up reporting and distribution of resume and BEO packets to teams.
- Act as liaison between DOS or Sales Manager and property teams to facilitate a smooth client interaction.

Responsibilidades:

- Responsable de ayudar a los clientes con las reservas y de hacer las reservaciones a través de la base de datos del hotel.
- Crear reservas para grupos, gestionar listas de habitaciones y manejar cambios.
- Mantener los datos en el CRM (Delphi), incluyendo los Ordenes de Eventos de Banquetes (BEOs), Reservas de Grupos, Resúmenes y la actividad del cliente.
- Asistir a los clientes con vales, así como con consultas de facturación y el registro de cuentas.
- Ser el punto de contacto para el informe de recogida y la distribución de paquetes de resumen y BEO a los equipos.
- Actuar como enlace entre el Director de Ventas o el Gerente de Ventas y los equipos de la propiedad para facilitar una interacción fluida con el cliente.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of Hotel Front Desk/Reservations experience
- At least 1 year in a Sales Coordinator role.
- Must possess strong computer skills, Delphi experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
- Ability to work weekends/holidays as needed.
