**Main responsibilities**:

- Respond to new enquiries of international patients;
- Serve as an adviser by answering patients all program related questions;
- Able to monitor analyze and convert leads;
- Set goals review pre-sales communication and ensure client’s satisfaction;
- Track leads monitor conversion rate and further follow up;
- Manage documentation and monthly reports;
- Close working relationship with doctors, team;
- Any other responsibilities assigned by immediate Manager.

Skills/other requirements:

- Exceptionally quick ability to identify, focus, and execute pivotal priorities;
- Exceptional negotiation, diplomacy and team-building skills;
- Strong skills in **sales, marketing**, negotiation, writing and planning;
- Strong skills in marketing, analysis, negotiation, writing, and planning;
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written skills);
- Strong skills in time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines;
- Ability to prioritize effectively, multi-task and achieve objectives within time and budget;
- Ability to travel aboard.

**Job Type**: Office based

**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
