We are the Global Health & Wellbeing (H&W) team at Unilever. We are a global business unit (GBU) that is less than 4 years old, focused on one of Unilever’s largest growth opportunities - the €160bn Health & Wellbeing space defined by Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements (VMS) as the product category. Our ambition is to be a top 3 player globally in this segment of Consumer Health.

**OUR BUSINESS**

Unilever’s Health & Wellbeing Group is our ~€1.9bn global business unit under Beauty & Wellbeing, we hold a portfolio of acquired brands including Equilibra (Italy), Olly, Liquid IV, SmartyPants, Welly, Onnit and Nutrafol, all in the US. Each brand is completely unique and focused on giving consumers superior experiences within their respective spaces and target segments, and largely only exist in their acquired home markets.

For the acquired businesses, we are committed to continue growing them for Unilever through international expansion, utilizing Unilever’s scale and GTM networks in the markets. In the past 2-3 years, we have expanded a few acquired brands into markets such as China, Canada, HK and Singapore. The next stage of international expansion is to expand our footprint into markets such as Europe, Australia as well as emerging markets like Mexico, Brazil and India.

**JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW**

The Global Supply Chain Manager for International Expansion will be responsible for launching and landing our H&W brands into new markets (with a specific focus on LATAM and Canada). The role act as the key Supply Chain functional partner in the global international expansion team. The role will have heavy cross functional interactions and coordination across Brand/Marketing, Sales, R&D, Quality, Regulatory and Procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of the objectives. This person will look after the E2E supply chain network setup, from initial new supplier/3PM setup to operationalizing supplies into local markets.

Once the launches are in place, on a regular business as usual basis, this role is expected to continue supporting further innovation programs, savings/network optimization initiatives, as well as front as CM Operations lead with new CMs within his/her designated scope. In local countries where sufficient scale is established, we will invest in dedicated local country operational GTM Supply Chain FTEs that will report into this role - and the role will have direct operational SC KPIs such as service, cost and cash (inventory). This role will have at least 3 GTM Supply Chain FTEs reporting to him/her when commencing the role, working across the Americas.

This role will also be required to work on related Supply Chain job deliverables - including, rough cut capacity planning (RCCP), new supply/contract agreements setup, MOQ, lead time & transfer price review, build last mile delivery models for E-comm, best practice / cost saving initiatives across material, conversion and logistics as well as mediating any quality related issues up to resolution.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Lead as E2E Supply Chain functional partner in the global international expansion project team, from ideation to commercialization
- Lead and drive the setting up, landing and operationalizing of the supply chain supply network as part of innovation agenda - between 3PM / sourcing unit and local market supply chain team
- In countries where we have dedicated GTM Supply Chain FTEs, direct responsibilities for the day to day operational SC planning - S&OP/DP responsibilities, service, cost and cash.
- Work across a cross functional team in ensuring timely deliverables according to project network to achieve OTIF project delivery
- Lead Supply Chain stakeholdering in any gatekeeping / investor board forum
- Provide regular progress updates to executives and key stakeholders
- Own & drive issues identification & resolution and assure smooth transition between key decision points.
- On an ongoing basis, work on related Supply Chain deliverables including - capacity planning, DSR, transfer price review and drive any cost saving / value improvement projects
- Lead as CM Operations Manager for designated CMs within scope
