Division Overview
Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities. Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business. HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.

**Position Overview**:
Supervisor de mantenimiento del área de moldeo, asegura el cumplimiento del correcto funcionamiento de los equipos productivos dándole seguimiento a la realización de actividades asignadas a los técnicos de mantenimiento para asegurar que se realicen con la mejor calidad al menor costo posible cumpliendo siempre con los estándares de operación de la empresa, supervisa y valida el cumplimiento del programa de mantenimientos preventivos, registra y gráfica la información que se genera de la reparación de los equipos a su cargo (Mantenimientos correctivos), es responsable de darle seguimiento a los spare parts de los equipos a su cargo tanto en su taller como en tool crib.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Promueve la responsabilidad de trabajar con seguridad a todo su equipo de trabajo, se adhiere y apega a los procedimientos y políticas de seguridad y medio ambiente de la empresa para realizar todas sus actividades y las de sus técnicos.
Es responsable de desarrollar, implementar y día a día supervisar los sistemas de mantenimiento, procesos y documentación asociada con el departamento de mantenimiento en el área de moldeo para con ello lograr que su equipo de trabajo sea más eficiente y de alto desempeño dentro de la operación de los mantenimientos (Correctivos, preventivos y predictivos), sin dejar de lado las estrategias de TPM, Seguridad y 5’s en el área de moldeo.
Desarrolla y mantiene los indicadores de desempeño para la generación de reportes y presentaciones de estos en el área de moldeo (Indicadores de desempeño en mantenimiento como lo son OEE, MTR, MTBF, etc.) apoyándose en el sistema Accumine.
Participa activamente en actividades relacionadas con mejora continua y manufactura esbelta, apoya en proyectos de eliminación de desperdicio en el área de moldeo.
Establece planes de entrenamiento para mantener a su personal técnico eficientemente preparado para los retos que el área de moldeo representa en cuanto a mantenimiento.
Administra el inventario de partes críticas del área de moldeo para evitar paros prolongados de los equipos y con ello afectar la producción.
Participa activamente en reuniones o juntas con el personal técnico a su cargo para la publicación de información relevante relacionada con la seguridad, el desempeño del área de mantenimiento en moldeo y la información que la empresa tenga que compartir a sus equipos de trabajo.
