Your Responsibilities_**: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

- The Medical Governance and Patient Program Coordinator gives proper follow-up with the Business Owners (commercial and medical) to correct gaps/non compliances detected through the management monitoring process and will develop agreements with them for required actions.
- Ensures the appropiate design and implementation of the Patient Support Programmes, Health Support Services and Patient Access Programs, safeguarding the patient’s interest and alignment to GSK’s values, policies, standards, and local regulations.
- Escalates immediately any significant issue in terms of severity/ impact, identified during the management monitoring activities to the Medical Governance and Operations Manager.
- Supports the implementation of self-assessment plans within the medical team to assure compliance with current version of policies, procedures and local regulations.
- Supports the risk management process and helps to develop and follow-up on risk mitigation plans to resolve issues, minimize risk and ensures appropriate issue escalation.
- Helps to ensure that promotional and non-promotional practices and materials are based on valid scientific evidence, consistent with the local prescribing information, and comply with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Creates supporting tools to facilitate medical staff activities according to the highest principles of good medical science, medical integrity, ethics and standards.

**_Basic Qualifications:_** We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

- University Degree in a Business Administration, Pharmaceutical, chemistry.
- 3+ years of experience in Governance, Audits or Compliance in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Advanced English Level.
