**We are looking for a Facility Manager to join our team**:
**Location**: Boulevard Puerta de Hierro 5153.
**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

**Job Purpose**:
Manage contractors and vendors in client location to perform necessary services to maintain facilities and meet client expectations. Support the Account Manager in the development of operational and capital budgets for assigned properties.

**Responsibilities**:
Work with Account Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance and repair services.
Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction.
Support the Account Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client.
Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the Account Manager.
Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client.
Maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors and the level of spending with vendors.
Insure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards.
Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property on a timely basis.
Coordinate discussions with selected vendors or suppliers regarding goal setting, performance criteria, and performance review.
Manage the maintenance of existing contracts.
Source local services and goods needed to perform day to day operations through 3rd party suppliers. This includes writing contract, obtaining necessary vendor set up forms and reviewing certificate of insurance for compliance.

**Requirements**:
+3 years of experience as facilities manager or similar role.
Previous experience managing suppliers and personnel.
Knowledge and experience in costumer experience.
Technical and mechnical expertise and curiosity.
Advanced English level
