**Perfil**:
Escolaridad: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o afín.

Experiência: Mínima de 3 años.

Inglés: Inglés conversacional avanzado Indispensable

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência laboral significativa liderando la gestión de incidentes en entornos grandes y complejos
- Conocimiento fundamental de los procesos de ITIL y cómo se aplican dentro de un departamento de gestión de servicios de TI
- Comprensión del cambio y la gestión de riesgos dentro de un entorno operativo complejo
- Amplia experiência con la comprensión de la tecnología moderna, incluido el servicio en la nube, redes/sistemas virtuales
- Experiência considerable trabajando virtualmente en un equipo disperso globalmente
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e influencia con la capacidad de comunicar información técnica compleja a todas las partes interesadas
- Sólida experiência en gestión de servicios, particularmente en relación con la gestión de incidentes, pero con un profundo conocimiento y experiência en cambio, lanzamiento, transición de servicios y gestión del conocimiento
- Triunfador automotivado que obtiene satisfacción al brindar un excelente servicio a sus clientes
- Sea un factor de influencia positivo con la capacidad de negociar tanto en el departamento técnico como en el no técnico
- Conocimiento profundo de los procesos, productos y servicios comerciales
- Inglés conversacional indispensable

Ofrecemos

Sueldo de $40,000 a $70,000 libres de acuerdo a experiência (Esquema 100% nomina) + Prestaciones de Ley y Prestaciones superiores (SGMM familiar, SV 1 millón, Vales de despensa, 30 días de aguinaldo, 10 días de vacaciones + 2 por año, PTU)

Tipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminado

Salario: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mes
