Main responsibilities and Key Result Areas: 1. Support in any designated activity related to department activities. 2. Responsible operative of the electronic and physically archive of all our import/export operations. Create an electronic file also a physical file for all the imports and exports with all the respected documents used for crossings Mexico and USA customs. 3. Add new raw goods part numbers to Annex 24 4. Preparation of raw goods importation invoices for USA and Mexico customs. 5. Calculate bill of materials for finished goods items and add them in to Annex 24 6. Preparation of finished goods exportation invoices for USA and Mexico customs and delivered documents to trucking companies for crossings. 7. Preparation of import and export invoices for machinery and equipment. 8. Preparation of virtual invoices for Mexican suppliers, review and approval of pedimentos at the end of the month. 9. Review and approval of weekly pedimentos for importation, exportation for raw goods, finished goods and machinery and equipment. 10. Prepare with all the pedimentos approved the end of month report for INEGI and external consultants and finance. 11. Review, calculate and update part numbers on Annex 24 12. Complete annually objectives stablished with Import - Export Supervisor and Manager

Experiência y requisitos

Professional qualifications and knowledge: - University degree or equivalent through experience with foreign trade, international business, logistics. - Foreign trade courses and updates. - All applicable laws related to foreign trade operations. - Microsoft Office Excel, outlook, Power Point (Intermediate
- advanced) - Intermediate English level - Import and export experience, import/export consolidated operations, IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT, OEA companies, Annex 24, Annex 30, Rule 8th, international Logistics. - Experience: At least 1 years of experience in Foreign Trade Operations Competencies and personal skills: - Proactive to solve problems detect opportunities. - Teamwork - Good communication - Responsible - Strong analytical skills - Able to take decisions based on ambiguity and lack of information. - Strong project management skills - Flexible and stress-resistant - Hands-on mentality and result driven
