**Business Partner Specialist (Temporary Contract)**:
The incumbent supports the Sales Force Business Partner function within the assigned Region for the Hybrid Distribution Sales Operation Model (HDSO). Provide day to day People & Culture service to employees, in a high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

This person will be responsible for implementing People & Culture Policies and Distributor Handbook, as a generalist and allign to HDSO business needs and objectives for employees and extended teams.

**What you'll do**

Talent Acquisition:

- Conduct recruitment effort for all open positions within the assigned Region
- End to end process from Job Posting to Employee File integration
- Conduct new hire orientation

Ensure accuracy of employee data including:

- New employee information
- Tracking and updating existing employee changes in all HRIS and hard-copy files

Pre-Payroll:

- Provide, coordinate, and consolidate all necessary data to submitt pre payroll in a timely and accurate manner following legal and company standards

Labor Relations:

- Provide employee relations support focused on day to day Presales/Supervisors relations
- Facilitate coaching
- Performance management and reinforcement
- Handle terminations professionally and with sensitivity, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
- Actively participates in People & Culture projects and initiatives that contribute to expand current capability
- Enhance Policies & Procedures

**Who we are looking for in you?**
- University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or any related areas
- 3 years HR experience and 2 years as Business Partner preferably at FMCG in Distribution Centers
- Extensive knowledge in: Pre Payroll, Talent Attraction, Employee Benefits, Mexican Labor Law
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent Spanish
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
