- Foment the personnel development.
Therefore, We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a Training and Organizational Development Coordinator, based in our **Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México)**.
As a Training and Organizational Development Coordinator You will be on charge to promote and coordinate the organizational development through the Together We Win Lear’s strategy.
**Your Tasks will be**
- Planification and development capacitation programs based on the detected capacitation needs on the personnel
- Give capacitation and training to the plant personnel, according to their positions and departments, through practice and theory courses, seminars, workshops, and others.
- Evaluate the capacitation efficiency through key indicators, furthermore, in the formation of the internal instructors, generating continuous improvement plants
- Trainings and evaluations documentation, to prove that everyone has the pertinent formation
- Coordinate with managers the elaboration of DNC´s
- Coordination and monitoring of the TWW plant implementation
- Elaborate the requisitions to ask for an external requisition
- Coordination and administration of the instructors, and internal trainers, to assure the compliment and tracking of the capacitation, training, and certification procedures
- Compliment to the STPS legal obligations in the capacitation area
- Administration of the budget assigned to the personnel capacitation in every level: Hourly, indirect, and salary.
- Metrics reporting and continuous improvement analysis
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in psychology, administration, engineering, or any related field
- 3 years of experience in the capacitation area on the manufacturing industry
- Management of the course platforms from GM, BMW, Ford Stellantis, and others.
- Training arrays systems knowledge and management
- Advanced level English
- Microsoft office programs knowledge and management
