The Licensed Service Specialist 5 performs relatively complex assignments. Has direct impact on the business by ensuring the quality of the tasks or services provided. Works under little to no direct supervision. May service an expansive and/or diverse array of products/services. Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in depth knowledge of team objectives. Understands how assigned duties contribute to the work of the team/unit and how the units coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve the objectives of the function. Ensures the quality and service of self and others. May recommend new options to enhance productivity in accordance with guidelines. Requires tact and diplomacy when exchanging complex or sensitive information with others. Is sensitive to audience diversity. Basic knowledge of the organization, the business and its policies required. Typically responsible for resolving basic to moderately complex problems based on practice and precedence. Able to assess applicability of similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Financial Advisors and provide world class customer service where the focus is on client satisfaction and deepening relationships.
- Address escalation/help desk issues ranging from tutorial guidance requests to senior escalations issues for external clients and internal/remote staff.
- Interpret procedures/ instructions to resolve problems within established policies and procedures, while adhering to banking and brokerage regulatory requirements.
- Work under little to no direct supervision while performing job duties as required, may train lower level team members.
- Respond to inbound phone inquiries regarding specific brokerage related questions and concerns
- Utilize excellent problem solving skills and effective decision making to resolve inquiries
- Develop relationships with existing clients and build relationships with new clients.
- Manage client follow-up and adhere to all Regulatory, Compliance operating procedures
- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years relevant experience
- Previous financial services experience preferred
- Must hold and maintain an active Series 7 Brokerage and the 63 Securities License

**Education**:

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Analista de Estrategia de Asesoría Previsional, en el área de soporte a asesoría previsional; gestiona y atiende con oportunidad los procesos de atención a dudas y seguimiento de tramites de afiliación y traspaso (en eAfore y app), aportaciones voluntarias (ventanilla, app, papel), Adopción digital; todo esto de forma directa con los asesores.
- Imparte capacitaciones sobre los procesos antes mencionados, controla y da seguimiento a las métricas de tramites de afiliación y traspaso para identificar desviaciones en los procesos y dar seguimiento a fallas en los aplicativos internos y externos, gestionando y monitoreando actividades con los diversos equipos de atención con el fin de evitar rechazos por fallas o errores humanos en la validación, esto implica documentar evidencias, cifras y los entregables que las distintas áreas requieran para la atención así como coordinar juntas o llamadas con los involucrados (Sistemas, Asesores, Coordinadores, Directores) la interacción de los procesos antes descritos se da con una interacción de Directores (11), Coordinadores (80), Asesores (1,500) a nível nacional; con el staff del área de Asesoría Previsional y con áreas internas del Negocio (Operaciones, Servicio, Producto).
