**Senior Accounting Associate**
Our Controller Services team focuses on supporting our clients with high value information to
enable informed decision making on their critical business needs.

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee & Develop Financial Reporting Processes
- Execute monthly close activities including managing with junior team members
- Create month end financial reports & compliance documentation
- Maintain tax compliance activities and coordinate with outside tax counsel
- Interact directly with internal and external audit teams on behalf of clients
- Assist in the timely management and high-quality delivery of client projects
- Build relationships with key client stakeholders in a variety of industries
In addition, the Senior Accounting Associate will be expected to have:
- Passion for entrepreneurship and being part of a team of driven, dedicated professionals
- High intellectual horsepower to create solutions for fast-paced growth companies
- Proven collaboration skills and a willingness to take on new challenges in support of
high-impact delivery to clients
- Prior project management experience in ensuring timely delivery of project goals within
specified budgets
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
- Strong communication, business writing, and presentation skills, both internally and in
client-facing contexts
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or a related course of study, required;
- CPA designation or MBA preferred;
- 5+ years of work experience; public accounting or financial analysis preferred
- Advanced English
