**En tu rol**:
Supervisar el cumplimiento del plan maestro (OTD, programa maestro + plan de recuperación + seguimiento de la producción (Horas tarde)

Monitoreo de costos e inventario versus ordenes de producción (inactivos, obsoletos y no planificados)

Eficiencia en la gestión de cambios (Change management) (RNC, Snags, action sheets órdenes de retrabajo, etc.) -costo de POS

Asegurar el servicio total de atención al cliente para AOG / Repuesto (spare), disponibilidad del material / componentes a tiempo para la producción y el oportuno seguimiento a reque expeditados

Cumplimiento del sistema BMS y los procedimientos de MMC

Procesar y dar seguimiento a los RNC en el queue de logística, a los requisitos críticos de RNC de “SOS shop” de QRO y MTL, dar soporte a los ANDON.

Proporcionar visibilidad de los cortos a producción, planificar y gestionar la cobertura de los componentes, ajustar la planificación cuando la(s) pieza(s) son "canibalizada(s)" (Interrupción de la inspección (BOI))

Controlar el horario de recolección y / o extraer los kits del almacén, gestionar las partes entre compañías.

Seguimiento / análisis del sobre consumo de piezas (Scrap)

Recibe indicaciones de un profesional (agente) más experimentado

Armonizar demanda y planeación de críticos mediate la identificación de partes Criticas / Jig sttopper. Detalle de coberturas cliente interno - Externo

2-4+ años de experiência

Licenciado Industriales (Manufactura) o (Logística y planeacion) o Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas / Ingeniería

Priorización en la administración del tiempo.

MS Office, SAP & MRP y / o otro ERP (Modulo PP y MM) Orientación al cliente, Planeación, Manejo de emociones, Comunicación
