**What you will be doing**:

- Provide support to the HR Team, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Gather user requirements to translate into detailed documentation and project plans that meet deliverable deadlines.
- Work independently, or with a team, to fulfil requests for system changes, configurations, enhancements, and upgrades to existing systems and/or functionality.

**You bring (most) of this**:

- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking system.
- Prior systems implementation experience.
- Proficent critical thinking, analytical and communication skills.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of the policies, procedures, and compliance issues relating to Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate in a matrix organization.
- 2+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
