Sobre el rol
- Flat Comercial es el área de Flat.mxque tiene 3 funciones principales:
- Responsabilizarse de su meta mensual de captación de nuevos partners
- Comunicación con diversas áreas para desatorar o facilitar cualquier deal
- Mantener comunicación constante con clientes
- Conseguir y crecer alianzas estratégicas con partners locales y nacionales
Este rol se encarga de mantener y crecer las alianzas estratégicas por medio de la comunicación directa con y constante con nuestros Partners.
Principales responsabilidades
- Responsabilizarse de su meta mensual
- Manejo de cartera
- Mantener comunicación constante con partners
- Crecer las alianzas estratégicas con partners locales y nacionales
Tu perfil:
- Experiência en manejo y crecimiento de cuentas clave
- Experiência en ventas B2B (deseable pero no necesario)
- Experiência en bienes raíces (deseable pero no necesario)
- Capacidad de aprender rápido
- Máxima proactividad (i.e. drive en búsqueda de leads de comprador)
- Communication skills escritos y hablados para asegurar reportería eficiente
- Manejo de Excel y CRM.
Es deseable:
- Experiência en alianzas con brokers inmobiliarios.
