- ** Descripción del Cargo**

Un Lifestyle Specialist, es un embajador de Ten Group y responsable de ayudar a brindar el más alto nível de servicio al cliente. Su función consiste en atender, investigar y ayudar a solucionar de manera satisfactoria las consultas y solicitudes de nuestros miembros relacionadas con viajes y estilo de vida, manteniendo siempre los estándares de calidad y los valores de la compañía en cada una de las interacciones.
- ** Responsabilidades**

Proporcionar soluciones a las solicitudes que recibidas de miembros/clientes, relacionadas con sus viajes y necesidades de estilo de vida.

Realizar llamadas a miembros, proveedores y el personal de Ten para proporcionar el mejor contenido posible como respuesta a una solicitud de los miembros.

Realizar/generar reservas a los diferentes servicios que solicite cada uno de nuestros miembros/clientes

Realizar investigaciones para cualquier trabajo que no se ajuste a nuestra base de proveedores existente.

Investigar oportunidades para agregar valor a la solicitud y superar las expectativas de los miembros.

Brindar respuesta a solucitudes dentro de los tiempos establecidos

**Requirements**:

- Disponibilidad para trabajar en fines de semana/turnos de trabajo
- Experiência en: hotelería, restaurantes, agencia de viajes, y afines
- Ingles B2
- Conocimiento de GDS (Sabre, Amadeus u otros aplicables)
- Habilidades de negociación
