Your role at Clorox:
Plan and analize commercial investment, defining full process to ensure financial objectives.
Lead, control, analysis and tracking of demand creation process to provide visibility of any variance in terms of pricing, trade terms and promotional strategy in RTM and BU in scope with the goal of driving speed, create value and maximize profit.
In this role, you will:
Lead long, mid and short term forecast planning process, with detailed analysis to maximize reduce revenue, sales promotions and profit for channels, customers and business units in scope.
Lead/Execute monthly actual figures analysis vs forecast for demand creation investment while coordinating variance explanation and gap closing if any with cross functional partners such as Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence and Sales allowing them to plan, register and pay for commercial activities.
Create and analyze reports to ensure financial information for investment has been recorded accurately. You will also identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings.
Collaborate with Finance and BI to optimize/develop revenue systems, improve processes, and drive automation initiatives to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience:
5-year or more experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in multinational companies with Commercial backgroud (CPG preferred)
