Eaton’s VEH NAA North America Auto division is currently seeking a Technician II.QLT.Manufacturing Process.
**What you’ll do**:
Dar soporte a las líneas de producción de la planta cumpliendo los estándares de calidad documentados en el sistema de gestión de calidad (SGC), dar seguimiento a las actividades encomendadas por los ingenieros de calidad, resolver problemas y dudas del proceso con los auditores -operadores del área.
A. Entrega / recepción de turno con las actividades relevantes.
B. Reportar incidencias diarias en juntas Tier 1 y 2 para el seguimiento correspondiente.
C. Revisión y seguimiento de alertas de calidad relacionadas al proceso de producción.
D. Realización de auditorías de proceso.
E. Seguimiento a material sospechosos.
F. Seguimiento de personal de nuevo ingreso.
G. Realizar auditorías de cambio de modelo.
H. Seguimiento a pruebas de calidad.
I. Inspección y liberación de producto terminado.
J. Revisión y validación del material de desecho.

Competencias y habilidades funcionales:
Conocimiento intermedio:
Métodos de inspección y pruebas: demostración de uso adecuado de los equipos de medición aplicables en la planta, conocimiento básico de estudios MSA de acuerdo al manual de MSA (vigente).
Conocimientos básicos en:
Requisitos externos de clientes, normas y aplicación del producto: Conocimientos de auditorias de proceso y producto.
Herramientas y métodos analíticos / estadísticos: Recolección básica de datos, análisis de variación, MSA, estudios de capacidad de proceso (CPK), conocimiento básico de herramienta A3.
Planificación de la calidad del producto / proceso: Conocimientos básicos de Control plan y diagrama de flujo.
Liderazgo en calidad: Conocimientos del sistema EQMS.
Manejo de Microsoft Office, office (Excel, power point, word y outlook)
Habilidades y competencias:
1. Demostrar un estilo colaborativo.
2. Tener comunicación efectiva.
3. Perseguir desarrollo personal.
