- Description & Requirements**The Job**:
The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our marketing automation processes and campaigns. You will oversee a team of marketing automation specialists and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing automation strategies that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.

**What you will be doing**:

- Oversee a team of marketing automation specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing automation initiatives
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics related to marketing automation campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, in all marketing automation activities

**What you will likely bring**:

- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
