VALEO EM propone una nueva oportunidad de práctica en el area de logística (customer service).

**Actividades**:
El practicante de CS apoyará al equipo para implementar mejoras en los procesos y evaluación interna del nível de servicio a todos nuestros clientes a través de las siguientes actividades:
1. Apoyará a validar el cumplimiento del plan de entregas a cliente, notificando diariamente el porcentaje obtenido y el resumen de afectaciones principales, para evaluarlas y medirlas a través de tiempo.

2. Generará reportes diarios para identificar los principales atrasos en entregas y sus impactos en el objetivo de ventas; a través de los cuales se tomarán decisiones.

3. Realizará el cruce de referencias críticas que afecten el plan de producción con cada cliente, para determinar prioridades en avanzada y evitar impactos al cliente.

4. Apoyará en la actualización diaria de coberturas de cliente para validar impactos posibles.

5. Realizará un proyecto profesional, relacionado a uno de nuestros clientes, con el siguiente scope:
a) Desarrollar instructivo de trabajo / operación estándar

b) Validar tiempos muertos para eficientar el proceso de control de dicho cliente

c) Dar seguimiento a las llegadas en tiempo de las unidades del cliente para reportar atrasos

d) Analizar las variaciones de demanda / órdenes de cliente para evaluar los recursos necesarios para cumplirla

e) Estandarizar la operación diaria respecto al cliente para evitar fallas o impactos

f) Asegurar que se registren los gastos extraordinarios generados por operaciones ineficientes.

**Habilidades y aptitudes requeridas**:
- Manejo de office
- Inglés : intermedio
- Trabajo en equipo / comunicación / iniciativa / innovación / habilidades matemáticas.

**Horarios**:
Lunes a Jueves : 8am - 6pm, Viernes : 8am - 3pm
