Supply (SU) covers the configuration, demand, and supply planning, order management, sourcing, production, delivery, and managing the procurement activities towards our suppliers.

**Subfamily Description**

Distribution Management (DMA) associates with design and management of our distribution networks with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) towards our customers and in the overall supply chain eco-system. Includes the design and optimisation of our hub, warehouse and delivery concepts on global and regional level.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- In this role, you will be a key member of the Hub operations team supporting the daily operations, material flow and continuous improvement of the Nokia distribution warehouse in Guadalajara, Mexico. Primary responsibilities will focus on warehouse management & trade and transportation management from the Guadalajara warehouse operation to our global customers located in over 135 countries. Includes the design and optimization of our hub, warehouse and delivery concepts on global and regional level.

**Responsibilities -**
- Coordinating daily activities between Hub and Transport Logistics Service Providers (LSP), and across Nokia stakeholders in all regions and NI Supply Chain.
- Communicate and industrialize all special customer requirements with our Hub and Transport LSPs.
- Identification of key improvement areas and driving continuous improvement initiatives in Hub and NI Supply Chain
- Works effectively on implementation of effective logistics processes based on guidance from strategy.
- Develops the profitable and efficient transportation processes from suppliers to HUB and from HUB to customers.
- Supports contract negotiations with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).
- Supports delivery execution management in daily transportation issues.
- May lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements or small teams, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- At least 5 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and trade management in the supply chain environment, including international transportation and shipping.
- 3rd Party Logistics relationship management
- Knowledge of various software tools including SAP, Excel and Power BI.
- Strong English and Spanish language skills
- Project Management
- Business process mapping tools Quality improvement tools
