Currently we are looking for our next: Merchandising PDQ Analyst (Temporary)

**Which is the main objective of this role?**

Define and execute a strategy for design, planning and execution of PDQ (prepackaged materials) that allows us to offer differentiated solutions according to the needs of our different clients in terms of size, lifespan in POS and product portfolio. Coordinate and align at least 5 different teams (marketing, procurement, excite, planning and commercial strategy. ) as well as 3 manufacturing and 4 co-packing suppliers. Integrate into the strategy solutions that help us reach sales productivity targets and that are aligned with our waste reduction objectives PepsiCo Positive.

Must be able to manage 37 projects annually from which 6 to 9 run simultaneously and require a spend of 7MM MXN on A&M budget for several Biscuit brands. This position will provide dedicated service to biscuit Walmart. Manage annual design budget of 200M MXN.

Qualifications:
**What will you be doing?**
- Must evaluate all design proposals to assure a positive ROI with BU finance teams
- Propose productivity / sustainability projects for prepacked materials aligned with PepsiCo positive targets
- Training of new internal clients in marketing, commercial strategy or KAM in terms of pre-packed processes. (must make sure they understand the process and interactions)
- Adopt technological tools to transform the way we are currently working, partner with other areas such as R&D to improve Way of Working
- Manage at least 8 projects simultaneously, 37 per year according to year plan
- Manage start to end PDQ developments assuring the following activities are completed:

- Develop design proposals for exhibition materials to support specific commercial strategies
- Concept and render alignment with marketing, KAM, commercial strategy at least.
- Development second stage: prototype, load, handling and resistance tests.
- Purchase using mybuy platform for buying as well as budget control and reporting to applicant monthly
- Manage design, manufacturing and co-packing agencies
- Alignment for production, co-packing and on time delivery for distribution centers
- Visibility to coordinators and managers: Merchandising, Commercial Strategy, KAM, Marketing and extended teams

**Who are we looking for?**
- Creative and design skills_ Knowledge of design basics and materials (including manufacturing processes)
- Project and time management_ must be able to fullfill projects time objectives
- Teamwork and collaboration_ must interact with different areas and be able to lead them towards a single goal
- English language_ reading and speaking at least medium level
- Leadership_ this person has to coordinate differente teams, leadership skills are required.
- Project management, proactivity,
- Problem solving and stress tolerance is requires
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Effective communicaction (must be able to manage internal clients as well as suppliers)
- Design programs desired (photoshop, illustrator)
