**Resumen**:
WernerCo is currently looking for an Office Manager/Admin Assistant. This role will be responsible for calendaring for Leaders in Juarez and other locations. He/She will be working with local vendors for event planning and be the point person for corporate park communications. This role is an integral part of the Global HQ culture and is the go-to person for team members traveling to HQ. Must be self-motived multitasker that is excited about partnering with all levels of the organization.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Daily shipping/receiving from UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS as needed to support all departments with the office - Analyze incoming general mail and determine the appropriate course of action. - Ensure the efficient daily operation of the collaboration space and department functions, including maintenance of supplies and equipment. - Help with HR or other small mailings - Coordinate large office meeting needs (lunch, files, equipment, etc.) - Dedicated presence in the building - Manage badge/building access - Ensure the doors are secure, lights out, water off prior to leaving each day - Outlook calendaring for Sr Leaders and be the Communications point person for mass communications to Global HQ team members ie, various collaboration days, team events, raffles etc.

**Calificaciones**:

- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent - Computer Proficiency (Familiar with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) - Superb customer service skills - Excellent at time management and multi-tasking - Excellent written and verbal skills Additional Requirements: - Can be flexible with hours depending on business needs - High energy, Positive, Can-Do Attitude.
