**DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES**

Los deberes esenciales para realizar esta función se encuentran a continuación.
- Se comunica eficazmente con clientes, proveedores, transportistas, representantes de ventas y personal interno.
- Cumple con los compromisos con los clientes y los miembros del equipo.
- Utiliza software de transporte especializado.
- Responsable del seguimiento, la entrada de datos y la presentación de informes de las medidas clave de rendimiento, según lo asignado por el Gerente de Operaciones.
- Asegura que toda la información de la computadora y TMS sea precisa y esté actualizada.
- Confirmar recogida y entregas.
- Ayudar con la información de llamadas de verificación si es necesario.
- Garantiza la integridad del sistema.
- Supervisar todas las rutas que se mueven dentro de la región respectiva.

**CALIFICACIONES**

Los requisitos enumerados a continuación describen el conocimiento, la habilidad y / o la habilidad requerida para tener éxito en esta posición.
- Fuerte conocimiento en la industria del transporte.
- Conocimiento de software de transporte especializado.
- Honestidad e integridad en todos los asuntos comerciales.
- Dorientado a la producción, organizado y productivo.
- Enfocados en la satisfacción del cliente.
- Habilidades excepcionales de servicio al cliente.
- Comunicación fuerte (tanto verbal como escrita), resolución de problemas y habilidades para tomar decisiones. (Inglés)

**EDUCACIÓN y/o EXPERIENCIA**

Mínimo 2 años de experiência en transporte, logística o campo relacionado

**HABILIDADES LINGÜÍSTICAS**

Esta posición requiere la capacidad de leer, escribir y hablar con fluidez en inglés.Asociados bilingües deseados en ciertos mercados.

**HABILIDADES MATEMÁTICAS**

Esta posición requiere la capacidad de realizar análisis estadísticos de la información de envío del cliente y análisis de tarifas.
Experiência en la utilización de datos estadísticos deseados, pero no requeridos.
Se puede proporcionar capacitación en el trabajo para un análisis en profundidad.

Sueldo: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Incluye fines de semana
- Turno de 12 horas
