Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Workforce Excellence Manager located in Guadalajara North Campus.

Reporting to the Director, Workforce Design, the Workforce Excellence Manager will be Responsible for continuously driving a workforce design projects in the organization and coaching operations team about workforce design guidelines. Identify a strategic workforce design projects, create business concept around them and coordinate the project according to plan with stakeholders from Operations, IT and WFD group.

What a typical day looks like:

- Work as a change agent and drive workforce design projects and initiatives.
- Work as a project coordinator for identified workforce design project and ensure planning, communication, execution, and milestones achieved as per expectation.
- Actively participate in the selection and executions of workforce design special projects.
- Create the training and marketing material around the workforce design initiatives.
- Coach and mentor Operations leadership and project stakeholders.
- Report to leadership team in weekly/monthly on the workforce design reviews.
- Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive workforce design projects.
- Drive and yokoten the identified Best practices based on the agreed timelines.
- Responsible for eliminating waste and creating value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment.
- Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.
- Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and best practices.

- Business process know how (HC planning, capacity planning, Quantitation etc).
- Knowledge in Forecast.
- Experience in Operations area in manufacture companies.
- Ability to read financial reports P&L.
- Lean Manufacturing.
- Engineering (Process, Industrial Engineering).

- EMS manufacturing.
- Personnel Management.
