Experiência y requisitos

Education and Experience - Mandarin Speaker is a must - BS/MS in Mechanics, Electrical or Electronics, or related engineering fields - Experience in Photovoltaics and/or Semiconductor industry is required, preferably in the technology development environment. - Experience with developing and reliability testing of materials for module assembly desired. Qualifications - Above-average communication, written, and presentation skills. - Ability to lead technology/quality task force. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams thru effective meeting management. Demonstrates analytical thinking and challenges others’ opinions by speaking up. - Computer/software knowledge. Knowledge of MS Office tools, statistical analysis of data (e.g. JMP), and Xcel macros. - Customer-orientation skills - Project management skills. - Self-management skills. - Be willing to travel (internationally) for business trips with short notice. - Others: Displays passion for learning/discovering new things and knows how to bring positive energy into the team thru superior interpersonal skills. Always seeking improvements (technical, personal, or soft skills) in oneself and welcomes challenges by setting higher goals.
